I've been arguing with the Home Depot business credit card division of Citi for well over a year. I was upset because they changed my rate from 11% to 18%, offering card members the opportunity to opt-out and close the account, but only for a limited amount of time, which I missed (see Whoa! Home Depot).

Thankfully, they recently agreed to lower my payments and interest rates or one year, but I had to make a late payment for that to happen (see Citi / Home Depot Redemption).

Still, I couldn't help but be glad to read about a class action lawsuit against them:

Although I'll only get at most $18 from the settlement, I'm definitely going to send in my claim forms. Are you?
